Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of microfinance services and women's empowerment programs on poverty reduction. The research method used in this research is quantitative research methods. Data analysis using simple mediation analysis by Hayes. The sample of this study was 130 women who received microfinance in the Rajapolah District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The results indicate that there was a significant influence between the variables of microfinance institution's service and women's empowerment on poverty reduction, and the variable women's empowerment programs mediated the effect of microfinance services on poverty reduction. The implication of this research is that achieving development goals in the form of poverty reduction and women's empowerment can be achieved by increasing the quantity and quality of microfinance institutions' services.

Abstrak.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh layanan lembaga keuangan mikro dan program pemberdayaan perempuan terhadap pengentasan kemiskinan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Pengujian model menggunakan simple mediation analisys by Hayes. Sample dari penelitian ini sebanyak 130 orang perempuan yang mendapatkan pembiayaan mikro di Kecamatan Rajapolah Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Penelitian menunjukan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variable layanan lembaga keuangan mikro dan pemberdayaan perempuan terhadap pengentasan kemiskinan, serta variable pemberdayaan perempuan memediasi pengaruh layanan lembaga keuangan mikro terhadap program pengentasan kemiskinan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencapai tujuan pembangunan berupa pengentasan kemiskinan dan pemberdayaan perempuan dapat dicapai dengan meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas layanan lembaga keuangan mikro.
