ANALISIS DAN PERENCANAAN JALAN TIDAK SEBIDANG (UNDERPASS) (STUDI KASUS JALAN RAYA KANCI - SINDANGLAUT KABUPATEN CIREBON)

ABSTRAK
           Analisis merupakan suatu penyelidikan terhadap suatu peristiwa untuk mengetahui keadaan yang sebenernya, dikutip dari Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia. Sedangkan Perencanaan, sebuah patokan untuk mempermudah menejer agar tercapai sebuah tujuan, membuat strategi untuk mencapai tujuan itu dan mengembangkan rencana aktivitas organisasi.
Penelitian dan perencanaan ini dilatarbelakangi karena lokasi yang pada jalan Raya Kanci-Sindanglaut merupakan akses utama masyarakat Kabupaten Cirebon, bagian timur yang pada jam sibuk kerja selalu macet dan sering terjadi kecelakaan. Mengetahui penyebab, merencanakan Underpass, menghitung volume, menghitung Beban Rencana dan menghitung Biaya pengerjaan Proyek adalah bagian dari tujuan yang dicapai.
Hasil dari penelitian pelebaran jalan, underpass adalah kata kunci untuk permasalahan pada kasus ini. Sedangkan rencana anggaran biaya sebesar Rp. 4.350.887.000.

ABSTRACT
Analysis is an inquiry against an event to find out the circumstances that I actually, quoted from the great dictionary of Indonesian Language. While planning, a benchmark to facilitate menejer in order to be accomplished a goal, making the strategy for achieving that goal and develop a plan of activities of the organization.
Research and planning is effected because of location on Highway Kanci-Sindanglaut is the main access community Cirebon district, eastern part of the work during rush hour always crashes and accidents are frequent. Knowing the cause, plotting of underpasses, calculate volume, calculate the load Plan and calculate the cost of the work Project is part of the goal is achieved.
The results of the research road widening, the underpass is the keyword for the problems in this case. While the plan cost budget of Rp. 4,350,887,000.
