ANALISIS STRUKTUR RUMAH SAKIT PERMATA CIREBON

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Rumah Sakit Permata Cirebon merupakan salah satu rumah sakit umum yang dibangun untuk memenuhi kebutuhan, dan fasilitas bagi masyarakat sekitar. Rumah sakit ini didirikan oleh PT Raudhatussyfa Sehat Bersama, yang merupakan salah satu kelompok organisasi dokter yang berada di wilayah Cirebon. Bangunan seluas 11.399 m2 dibangun di lahan seluas 1.6 hektar. Dengan adanya pembangunan Rumah Sakit Permata Cirebon ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan taraf kesehatan bagi masyarakat Kota Cirebon dan sekitarnya, sekaligus sebagai unit kegiatan usaha (baik pemerintah maupun swasta). Inti terpenting dari rumah sakit selain lokasi yang strategis adalah strukturnya memenuhi standar. Rumah Sakit harus memenuhi standar struktur dan gedung ini harus memenuhi kriteria keselamatan dan layanan yang prima untuk itu harus ada desain yang meyakinkan.

Atas dasar kriteria kesalamatan dan layanan prima maka proses perencanaan  pembebanan harus sesuai dengan  SNI  1727 - 2013 serta perencanaan struktur gedung ini  harus mengacu dengan SNI - 2847- 2013 beton bertulang, yang merupakan peraturan terbaru yang disesuaikan dengan  perkembangan teknologi material terkini dengan mengacu pada AISC, selain itu dalam perhitungan rekayasa gempa juga harus mengacu pada SNI 1726 - 2012.

Analisis struktur digunakan software ETABS, material beton digunakan untuk balok dan kolom portal serta pelat lantai. Hasil yang  didapat berupa analisis dan gambar desain struktur Rumah Sakit Permata Cirebon.

ABSTRACT

Permata Hospital Cirebon is one of the general hospital which was built to meet the needs, and facilities for the surrounding communities. The hospital was founded by PT Raudhatussyfa Sehat Bersama, which is one group of doctors organizations in the area of Cirebon. The building area of 11.399 m2 built on a land area of 1,6 hectares. With the construction of the Permata Hospital Cirebon is expected to help improve the health of the community Cirebon city and its surroundings, as well as business units (both public and private). The very essence of the hospital in addition to a strategic location is its structure to meet the standards. Hospitals must meet the standards and the building structure must meet the safety and service excellence for that there must be a convincing design.

On the basis of the criteria of safety and service excellence then loading the planning process should be in accordance with ISO 1727 - 2013 as well as the structural design of the building should refer to the SNI - 2847- 2013 of reinforced concrete, which is the latest regulation adapted to the development of advanced material technology with reference to the AISC, other than that in the calculation of earthquake engineering should also refer to ISO 1726-2012.
