ANALISIS TINGKAT PELAYANAN JALUR PEJALAN KAKI DI JALAN SILIWANGI KABUPATEN KUNINGAN

Kondisi jalur pejalan kaki di ruas Jalan Siliwangi Kabupaten Kuningan banyak mengalami kerusakan dan fungsi jalur pejalan kaki sebagai fasilitas pejalan kaki tidak dapat bekerja secara optimal. Banyaknya hambatan samping seperti pedagang kaki lima dan parkir di bahu jalan diduga menjadi pemicu rusaknya fungsi jalur pejalan kaki di jalan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pelayanan fasilitas pejalan kaki di Jalan Siliwangi Kabupaten Kuningan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu survei kuesioner dan survei primer. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan Metode HCM 1985, sedangkan dalam analisis kondisi eksisting geometrik pejalan kaki menggunakan Pedoman Penyediaan dan Pemanfaatan Prasarana dan Sarana Ruang Pejalan Kaki di Perkotaan 2008. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa menurut Highway Capacity Manual (HCM 1985) tingkat pelayanan jalur pejalan kaki di Jalan Siliwangi adalah F. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk menyediakan jalur khusus bagi penyandang disabilitas dan menghilangkan pedagang kaki lima sehingga dapat menambah lebar efektif jalur pejalan kaki.
