Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with moderation of psychological empowerment in the food industry Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). The population in this study were all employees of the food industry SMEs including Pempek Ny. Kamto, Alive and Yamie Panda, Resto BPK Olakisat, and PT. UMB Boga UMY. Testing using moderated regression analysis. The findings have implications for SMEs managers to strengthen employee OCB through psychological empowerment. The absence of moderation in psychological empowerment provides an opportunity for further research.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan moderasi pemberdayaan psikologis pada Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) industri makanan di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan UKM industri makanan meliputi Pempek Ny. Kamto, Alive dan Yamie Panda, Resto BPK Olakisat, dan PT. UMB Boga UMY. Pengujian menggunakan moderated regression analysis. Temuan berimplikasi bagi pengelola UKM untuk memperkuat OCB karyawan melalui pemberdayaan psikologis. Tidak ditemukannya moderasi pemberdayaan psikologis memberi peluang bagi penelitian lebih lanjut.
