Pengaruh Work Family Conflict dan Ambiguitas Peran terhadap Komitmen Organisasi

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work-family conflict and role ambiguity on organizational commitment. The research method used is descriptive verification approach with quantitative data types. The research population was a civil servant and non-civil servant teachers of State Elementary Schools in Majalengka District, Majalengka Regency, totaling 474 teachers. (1-5). Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F test with processing using the SPSS version 21 application. The results showed that work-family conflict and role ambiguity had a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment.

Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh work family conflict dan ambiguitas peran terhadap komitmen organisasi. Metode penelitian melalui pendekatan deskriptif verifikatif dengan jenis data kuantitatif.. Populasi penelitian adalah guru PNS dan non PNS Sekolah Dasar Negeri se-Kecamatan Majalengka Kabupaten Majalengka yang berjumlah 474 guru dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik Random sampling dengan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 83 guru dengan skala pengukuruan Likert (1-5). Analisis data dilakukan melalui analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, Uji t dan Uji F dengan pengolahan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Versi 21. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa work family conflict dan ambiguitas peran berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap komitmenorganisasi.
