Analisa Penurunan Pondasi Tangki Timbun Air Baku 54-T-101b di PT. Pertamina Refinery Unit di Balongan Dengan Melakukan Penyelidikan Tanah

ABSTRAK
Kilang Pertamina Refinery Unit VI Balongan dengan kapasitas 125.000 barel/hari adalah kilang minyak yang berlokasi di Desa Balongan Kabupaten Indramayu, yang merupakan salah satu dari tujuh kilang yang dimiliki oleh Pertamina. Kilang Pertamina Refinery Unit VI Balongan yang mulai beroperasi sejak tahun 1994.
Salah satu permasalahan pada peralatan kilang yang sudah terjadi sejak masa konstruksi adalah terjadinya penurunan pondasi tangki penampung air baku 54-T-101B yang di disain dengan metode preloading dan sampai dengan saat ini penurunan pondasi masih berlangsung.Â
Evaluasi yang telah dilakukan dengan melakukan monitoring penurun yang terjadi di daerah dinding dan pusat tangki, yang dilakukan selama 3 (tiga) tahun terhitung dari mechanical completion, selanjutnya hasil monitoring di evaluasi dengan Regression Line Methode dengan basis level operasi dari tangki. Untuk mengetahui kondisi aktual tanah pondasi setelah dilakukan pembebanan selama 20 (dua puluh) tahun dan mencegah terjadi kondisi tidak berfungsinya tangki timbun air baku 54-T-101B akibat permasalahan pondasi, diperlukan adanya analisa penurunan pondasi tangki.

ABSTRACT
Pertamina Refinery Unit VI Balongan Refinery with a capacity of 125,000 barrels / day refinery is located in the village Balongan Indramayu district, which is one of seven refineries owned by Pertamina. Pertamina Refinery Unit VI Balongan Refinery has been operating since 1994.
One of the problems at the refinery equipment that has occurred since the construction period is the decline in raw water storage tank foundation 54-T-101B are designed with preloading method and up to now the foundation is still ongoing settlement.
Evaluation was done by monitoring loss that occurs in the area of the wall and the center of the tank, which is carried out for 3 (three) years from mechanical completion, then the results of monitoring in the evaluation of the Regression Line Methode with the base operating level of the tank. To determine the actual condition of the foundation soil after loading for 20 (twenty) years and preventing the condition of non-functioning storage tank of raw water 54-T-101B due to problems of the foundation.
