Pengembangan Pasar Dan Terminal Cikijing Kecamatan Cikijing Kabupaten Majalengka

ABSTRAK
Pasar dan Terminal Cikijing terletak bersebelahan yang menyebabkan kedua sarana tersebut sangat ramai pengunjung dan berpotensi menyebabkan kemacetan. Kondisi Pasar Cikijing yang tidak tertata menyebabkan meluapnya aktivitas pasar ke area sekitar pasar dan terminal. Kurangnya fasilitas parkir menyebabkan sebagian pengunjung pasar memarkirkan kendaraan di bahu jalan dan di area terminal. Dampak dari kondisi tersebut menyebabkan sistem perparkiran di Terminal Cikijing tidak tertata dan sering kali menghambat lalu lintas sekitar pasar dan terminal. Penelitian ini menganalisis kondisi eksisting, aktifitas, dan perparkiran di Terminal Cikijing maupun Pasar Cikijing. Hasil analisis digunakan untuk merencanakan konsep pengembangan Pasar dan Terminal Cikijing.
Pasar dan Terminal Cikijing dapat dikembangkan dengan tidak memperluas lahannya, area terminal seluas 1944 m2 dan area pasar seluas 11681 m2 dari kondisi eksisting. Terminal Cikijing memiliki lahan seluas 2466 m2, dan fasilitas penunjang lainnya. Pasar Cikijing dikembangkan menjadi 2 (dua) lantai dengan daya tampung 147 kios, 917 los dan 221 kaki lima dan sebanyak 47 unit diubah menjadi kios. Hasil perhitungan struktur beton dari desain Pasar Cikijing sudah memenuhi persyaratan SNI 03-2847-2013 Persyaratan Beton Struktural Untuk Bangunan Gedung.

ABSTRACT
Market and Terminal located adjacent Cikijing that caused both of these facilities are very crowded and potentially causing congestion . Market Conditions Cikijing Badly cause overflow of market activity to the area around the market and terminal . Lack of parking facilities causing some market visitors park their vehicles on the shoulder of the road and in the terminal area . The impact of these conditions led to the parking system in Terminal Cikijing disorganized and often impede traffic around the market and Terminal. This study analyzed the existing conditions , activities , and parking in the Terminal and Market Cikijing. The results of the analysis are used to plan the development of the concept Terminal Market and Cikijing .
Cikijing Terminal Market and can be developed by not expanding the land, an area covering an area of 1944 m2 terminal and market area covering an area of 11681 m2 of existing conditions . Cikijing terminal has an area of 2466 m2 , and other supporting facilities . Cikijing market developed into two (2 ) floors with a capacity of 147 stalls , 917 stalls and 221 foot -five and as many as 47 units converted into stalls. The result of the calculation of the concrete structure design Cikijing market already meet the requirements of SNI 03-2847-2013 Requirements for Structural Concrete Building.
