ANALISIS MANAJEMEN KONSTRUKSI PEMBANGUNAN GEDUNG GRAMEDIA CIREBON

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Manajemen proyek merupakan usaha untuk menggunakan sumber daya terbatas secara efisien, efektif dan tepat waktu dalam menyelesaikan suatu proyek yang telah ditentukan / direncanakan. Ada 3 kegiatan dari fungsi dasar manajemen proyek yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengendalian. Dari ketiga kegiatan tersebut dilakukan pengendalian terhadap sumber daya pada suatu proyek yang meliputi tenaga kerja (manpower), peralatan (machine), bahan (material), biaya (money) dan metode (method).

Metode Analisis Jaringan Kerja yang digunakan dalam penelitian proyek ini adalah Critical Path Method (CPM), penggunaan Barchart dan S Curve. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Time Schedule,  Laporan progress pekerjaan, data peralatan dan material yang digunakan serta data SDM/tenaga kerja pada pelaksanaan proyek dan perhitungan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB).

Kesimpulan dari “Analisis Manajemen Konstruksi Pada Pembangunan Gedung Gramedia Cirebon†diharapkan bisa menjadi salah satu cara yang efektif, efisien, dan tepat waktu untuk mencapai tujuan dalam pembangunan gedung, ruko, hotel, atau infrastruktur lainnya di Kota Cirebon yang sedang berkembang pesat.

ABSTRACT

Project management is an attempt to use limited resources efficiently, effectively and timely in completing a project that has been determined / planned. There are three activities of the basic functions of project management including planning, implementation and control. Of the three activities are performed control of resources on a project that includes labor (manpower), equipment (machine), material (material), cost (money) and method (method).

Network Analysis Method used in this research project is the Critical Path Method (CPM), the use Barchart and S Curve. The data used in this study is Time Schedule, work progress report, the data equipment and materials used and the data on the HR / employment on project implementation and Calculation Budget Plan (RAB).

The conclusion of "Analysis of Building Construction Management At Gramedia Cirebon" is expected to be one of the ways that are effective, efficient, and timely to achieve the objectives in the construction of buildings, shops, hotel, or other infrastructure in the city of Cirebon is growing rapidly.
