ANALISIS MANAJEMEN KONSTRUKSI PEMBANGUNAN RUMAH SAKIT IBU DAN ANAK SUMBER KASIH KOTA CIREBON

ABSTRAK
Manajemen dapat diartikan sebagai metode pengaturan sumber daya yang ada secara efektif dan efisien untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu, sedangkan konstruksi dapat didefinisikan sebagai aktivitas merangkai berbagai macam elemen menjadi satu kesatuan yang disebut bangunan. Manajemen konstruksi diperlukan dalam proses pembangunan untuk mengatur supaya bangunan dapat selesai tepat waktu, biaya tidak melebihi anggaran, dan kualitas sesuai yang direncanakan.
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa manajemen konstruksi perencanaan pembangunan Rumah Sakit 4 lantai mulai dari menghitung volume, analisa harga satuan, menghitung rencana anggaran biaya, Metode Barchart, Metode Kurva S, dan menganalisa Critical Path Method (CPM).
Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Rencana Anggaran Biaya yang diperlukan untuk membangun rumah sakit tersebut yaitu sebesar Rp. 4.228.145.000,00 dan analisa Critical Path Method menunjukkan bahwa diperlukan 34 minggu untuk menyelesaikan proyek.

ABSTRACT
Management can be defined as a method of managing existing resources effectively and efficiently to achieves certain goals, while construction activity can be interpreted as assembling the various elements into a single unit called the building. Construction management is requaired in the development process to arrange for the building can be completed in a timely, cost does not exceed budget, and quality as planned.
This study carried out for the construction management planning hospital construction 4 floors ranging from calvulating volume, unit price analysis, calculate budget plan, barchart method, S curve method, and analyzed Critical Path Method.
The survey results revealed that the budget plan the cost incurred to build the hospital that is equal to Rp. 4.228.145.000,00 and analysis shows that it takes 34 weeks to complete the project.
