ANALISIS PENANGGULANGAN BANJIR SUNGAI KANCI

ABSTRAK
Dengan sering terjadinya bencana banjir pada beberapa tahun terakhir ini, maka perlu adanya upaya berupa sistem pengendalian banjir untuk meminimalisir kejadian banjir yang berakibat kerugian materi serta merenggut korban jiwa dan merusak sarana prasarana yang sudah ada di sekitar DAS. Analisis yang dilakukan dalam skripsi ini dibatasi yaitu pada Sungai Kanci Desa Kanci Kecamatan Astanajapura.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan solusi dari bencana banjir yang terjadi di daerah tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengambil data sekunder berupa peta DAS dan data curah hujan di beberapa stasiun curah hujan terdekat. Data tersebut untuk menentukan periode ulang curah hujan dan debit banjir sungai tersebut. Setelah itu dengan analisis kapasitas alur sungai dapat disimpulkan untuk sistem pengendalian banjir pada daerah tersebut.
Dari hasil analisis diperoleh debit banjir puncak metode Weduwen Q2 adalah 429,287 m3/det, sedangkan kapasitas alur Sungai Kanci adalah 159,5 m3/det. Dari hasil analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sungai Kanci berpotensi banjir. Maka perlu dicari solusi untuk pengendalian banjir berupa tanggul setinggi 1 m.

ABSTRACT
With the frequent occurrence of floods in recent years, it is necessary to make efforts in the form of flood control system to minimize the occurrence of floods that result in material losses and claimed casualties and damaged existing infrastructure facilities around the watershed. Analysis conducted in this thesis is limited to the Kanci River Kanci Village Astanajapura Subdistrict.
The purpose of this research is to find solutions of the flood disaster that occurred in the area. This research is done by taking secondary data in the form of watershed maps and rainfall data at several rainfall stations nearby. The data is to determine the return period of rainfall and river flood discharge. After that, the analysis of river flow capacity can be concluded for the flood control system in the area.
From the analysis result, the peak flood discharge of Weduwen Q2 method is 429,287 m3 / s, while the capacity of Kanci River flow is 159,5 m3 / s. From the results of the analysis can be concluded that the Kanci River has the potential to flood. So we need to find a solution for flood control in the form of embankment as high as 1 m.
