Pengaruh profesionalisme dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract. This study was conducted to determine the effect of professionalism and organizational climate on employee performance. This research was conducted at Wijaya Kusuma University Surabaya with a population of 75 non-educational employees with a sample of 50 employees. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are 1) Professionalism has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, 2) Organizational climate has a significant and positive effect on employee performance.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh porofesionalisme dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya dengan populasi sebanyak 75 karyawan non edukatif dengan sampel sebanyak 50 karyawan.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat komparatif kausal dengan metode survei.Metode Analisis yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah analisa regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Profesionalisme berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2) Iklim organisasi berpengaruh signifikan dan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.
