Peran perilaku kerja inovatif dan keterlibatan kerja dosen vokasi di Jawa Timur

Abstract. Lecturers are one of the resources that play a very important role in achieving higher education goals. Performance from lecturers is essential for organizational development and for the success of higher education. A vocational public university in the province of East Java is the subject of this study, which intends to investigate the effects of innovative behavior and workplace involvement on the effectiveness of teaching staff. The sample in this study was 316 people taken by proportional random sampling method. SEM-PLS data analysis is the quantitative methodology used in this investigation. According to the study's findings, work engagement significantly influences innovative work behavior. Additionally, innovative work behavior conduct has a big impact on how well employees succeed. Finally, employee performance is significantly impacted by work engagement.

Abstrak. Dosen merupakan salah satu sumber daya yang memegang peranan sangat berarti dalam mencapai tujuan perguruan tinggi. Dalam pengembangan organisasi, kinerja dosen sangat diperlukan buat keberhasilan pendidikan tinggi. Studi ini bertujuan buat mengkaji peran perilaku inovatif serta keterlibatan kerja terhadap kinerja staf dosen di suatu perguruan tinggi negeri vokasi di provinsi Jawa Timur. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 316 orang diambil dengan metode proportional random sampling. Riset ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis informasi SEM- PLS. Hasil pada penelitian ini menampilkan bahwa work engagement mempengaruhi signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif kerja. Selain itu, perilaku kerja inovatif memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terakhir, keterlibatan kerja memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
