Hubungan Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja dan Etos Kerja terhadap Keterikatan Kerja Pada Karyawan Generasi Z

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to see the relationship between quality of life and work ethic on work attachment to employees creating Z. This type of research is quantitative research on emerging research. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire that is conducted online. The population in this study was 115 alumni of FSEI IAIN Syekh Nurjati who had worked and the sample used was 40 people. Test the hypothesis analysis using product display analysis. The results showed that the variables of the quality of work-life with work attachments and the relationship between work ethics and work attachments had a positive relationship. This positive relationship is indicated by a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 so that there is a relationship between the two variables. While the degree of relationship between these variables is moderately indicated by the Pearson correlation values of 0.463 and 0.393.

Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas kehidupan kerja dan etos kerja terhadap keterikatan kerja pada karyawan generasi Z. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif spesifik pada penelitian korelasi. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dilakukan secara online. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah alumni FSEI IAIN Syekh Nurjati yang sudah bekerja dengan sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 40 orang. Uji analisis hipotesisnya dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi product momment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasanya variabel kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan keterikatan kerja serta hubungan etos kerja dan keterikatan kerja mempunyai hubungan yang positif. Hubungan positif tersebut ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000 yang bearti lebih kecil dari nilai alpha sebesar 0,05, sehingga terdapat hubungan antara kedua variabel. Sedangkan derajat hubungan antar variabel tersebut bersifat sedang ditunjukkan dengan nilai pearson correlation sebesar 0,463 dan 0,393.
