ANALISIS PENINGKATAN JALAN PADA RUAS JALAN LURAGUNG - CIDAHU

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Ruas jalan Luragung-Cidahu merupakan jalur alternatif. Sehingga, peningkatan pada ruas jalan Luragung-Cidahu direncanakan untuk lebih memaksimalkan kinerja jalan tersebut.

Proses analisis dimulai dari pengumpulan data dengan melakukan survey lapangan. Adapun data sekunder untuk mendukung proses analisis seperti data statistikdan data teknis jalan yang didapat dari dinas-dinas terkait.

Dari hasil analisis, dapat di simpulkan bahwa, secara teknis, ruas jalan Luragung-Cidahu masih layak untuk dilalui.Namun, secara non teknis ruas jalan Luragung-Cidahu memiliki trase jalan yang sangat rumit yang membuat ruas jalan ini berkelok-kelok dengan sudut tikungan yang sangat besar serta lembah yang curam.Kondisi ini membuat faktor keamanan dan kenyamanan ruas jalan tersebut sangat rendah.Maka dari itu, sebagai solusinya, ruas jalan Luragung-Cidahu perlu di tingkatkan kemanan dengan cara menambah bangunan pelengkap jalan dan rambu-rambu lalu lintas agar pengguna jalan bisa melalui jalan tersebut dengan aman dan nyaman. Kemudian, untuk meningkatkan indeks permukaan jalan, hasil perhitungan  menunjukkan ruas jalan Luragung-Cidahu perlu diberi lapis tambahan (overlay) setebal 4cm.

ABSTRACT

Luragung-Cidahu is an alternative road. So that the enhancement of Luragung – Cidahu road is planned to maximize the permomance of the road.

The analysis process started from collecting data with doing field survey as for secondary data to support the analysis process such as statistics data and technical data are obtained from related agencies.

From the analysis, it can be concluded that technically Luragung – Cidahu road is still driveable. But, non-technically Luragung – Cidahu road has a complicated trace that make this road is winding with big angle bend and steep valley. This consitions make the safety and the convenience factor of this road is really bad. Therefore, as the solution, Luragung – Cidahu road needs to be enhanched for the safety with builds more complementary road marking and traffic signs in order to make the road users drive safely and comfortly. Then, to enhance the index of the road surface, the calculations result shows that   Luragung – Cidahu road need to be given an additional layer (overlay) 4cm of thick.
