Abstract

ABSTRAK Manajemen proyek adalah proses penerapan fungsi-fungsi manajemen (perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengendalian dan koordinasi) secara sistematis pada suatu proyek dengan menggunakan sumber daya yang ada secara efektif dan efisien agar tercapai tujuan proyek secara optimal. Analisis Manajemen Konstruksi Pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Rawat Inap Kelas III RSUD Waled Kabupaten Cirebon ini meliputi Perhitungan Volume, RAB, Rekapitulasi Biaya dan Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan, dengan menggunakan metode CPM (Critical Path Method) merupakan suatu metode dalam mengidentifikasi jalur atau item pekerjaan yang kritis. Metode CPM memecahkan masalah dengan perhitungan maju dan mundur. Dari perhitungan bobot pekerjaan berdasarkan analisis Barchart, Kurva S dan penjadwalan CPM Pembangunan Gedung Rawat Inap Kelas III RSUD Waled Kabupaten Cirebon membutuhkan waktu selama 165 hari (23 minggu) dengan perkiraan biaya kurang lebih sebesar Rp. 6,913,806,100,-.
